Installation Process Steps:-
1.Preparing The Joints
Allocate Correct Tile Joints (Recommended 2MM Wide For Wall And 3MM Wide For Floor)For Tiles Installation.
Allow Adhesive Bed to Set For At Least 24 Hours Before Commencing Grouting.
Joints Must Be Dry and Free Of Contaminants (e.g. Dust, Grease, Laitance, Oil, Paint, etc.).
2.Preparing The Mix
Mix Ezi GROUT FINE with Recommended Mixing Ratio Until A Smooth And Uniform Coloured Paste Achieved. For Perfect Mixture, Mechanical Mixing is Recommended.
Note: Ensure Pigments Are Completely Dispersed During Mixing.
3.Finishing the Grout
Clean and Remove Excessive Grout Immediately By Using Damp Cloth or Sponge Before It Dries Out.
When The Grout is Sufficiently Firm, Polish Tile Surface With Clean Dry Cloth To Remove Grout Haze.
Ensure Minimum Grout Setting Time Of At Least 24 Hours.
